Q: How do I identify the correct parts for my lockers?


A: You don't have to, our highly trained team of locker experts will help you identify your locker type and all the parts you need. We'll even keep all the information on file for future reference,

Q: Can I open an account? 


A: Yes of course, we are happy to offer credit accounts to our customers. If you are a school or government body then there is no need to fill in any forms, just send us your purchase order. 

If you are private company please click here to download an account form. Accounts can take up to 14 days to open and any credit is subject to status. Details are available in our terms and conditions


Q: Do you offer leasing options on lockers?

A: Yes, we do now offer competitive rates on locker leasing. Just contact us on 01953 718221 or email us at [email protected] for a quote.


Q: Can you do a discount for a large quantity?


A: We can on most products, discounts may vary depending on what manufacturer we source them from. Contact our sales team on 01953 718221 for more details.   



Q: How do I know I'm buying a quality product?


A: Before any product makes it onto our shelves it is tested extensively by our tehcnical team to ensure it exceeds stated manufacturer claims on quality, reliability and safety. 

   All products must also carry British & European quality certification. 



Q: Do you accept returns


A: As a company, we always take a common approach to returns, if it's a product that we have in stock that can be re-sold then we will be happy to accept returned products.  

We are unfortunately unable to accept retuns of factory orders or products that are specifically manufactured for our customers. Please contact our customer services team to discuss any return requests. 



Q: How quick will I get my order?


A: Lead times vary for each product as they are sourced from suppliers both in the UK and worldwide. Replacement parts that are held in our warehouse are normally despatched the same day for next day delivery. 

   Delivery timescales for lockers and furtiture depend on where they are coming from and whether they are made to order. Estimated lead times are clearly displayed on each product page on our website. Lead times are an estimate only and during busy periods these may extend. Q: I'm not in the UK can I still order? 


A: Yes, we welcome orders from all over the world. As shipping rules and costs vary from country to country we would ask all non UK residents to either email us with your requirement or call us on +44 (0)1953 718221
