Returns & Cancellation Policy

By placing an order you agree to our Terms & Conditions, as well as the below returns and cancellation information, please read both carefully before ordering.

Our returns procedure varies by product type — made-to-order, stock, or non-stock.

1. Made-to-Order Items

  • Made to order products are manufactured specifically to your requirements (e.g. bespoke sizes, colours, or finishes).

2. Stock Items

  • Standard stock items, usually with a 24 hour dispatch lead time.

3. Non-Stock Items

  • Non-stock products are items we order in specially from our suppliers but are not made bespoke, these typically have longer lead times.

If you are unsure whether a product is classed as made-to-order, standard stock or non-stock, please contact us via customerservices@lockertek.co.uk before placing or returning an order. Our team will be happy to advise and provide further details.


Stock Items

  • Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging with all accessories, and in a resalable, as new, condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return carriage.
  • A refund will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected.

Non-Stock Items

  • For non-stock items returns are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% to cover supplier charges and handling costs.
  • If a return is accepted the items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and in resalable, as new, condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return carriage.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the supplier has confirmed acceptance of the return.

You can cancel and return stock items within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.


How to Return – Step by Step

1. Notify Us
Email customerservices@lockertek.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll send you the return address and full instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return
Make sure items are in their original packaging with all accessories, and in resalable, as new, condition.

3. Send It Back Safely
Use a recorded delivery service at your own cost.
Share the tracking number with us so we can confirm safe delivery.

4. Take a Photo
We recommend photographing the goods before they leave your location, this helps us to rule out any damage that may occur in transit.


Made-to-Order Items

Because most of our locker products are made to order and shipped directly from the factory, returns can only be accepted if:

  • The goods are delivered damaged, or
  • The goods have been manufactured incorrectly.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. We will require photographic evidence before processing your claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Cancellations

  • Must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Email customerservices@lockertek.co.uk and confirm with a call to 01953 718221
  • After 24 hours, production may already be underway. At this stage:
    • Cancellation may not be possible, or
    • A cancellation fee may apply, Lockertek reserves the right to charge the full asking price for cancelled orders.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted once acknowledged by Lockertek in writing

Important to Know

We cannot accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect colour choice
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
